HOW TO DELETE ANY SITE IN GOOGLE SEARCH CONSOLE?
If you want to delete any website from Google search console so first you will have to select that site in property area which you want to delete after that go to setting & select remove option in menu list. Let's try to understand by these images.

It is so simple to know about it if your website name is displaying in property area in Google search console that's mean your website is linked with it.
How can someone check his/her website is hacked or not?
Yes you can check by simple steps
Go to Google search console menu and select "security and manual actions" option from menu list. see this image
Afterthat you have two options "manual actions" and "security issues" so you can check by them.
If your website will not be hacked so it will show "No issue" message. see this image
